Our studio operations are primarily based in the Charlotte Metro Area and the DC Metro Area, but our clients can be located anywhere. If on-site work is required for a project that is not local, we are open to discuss travel.

Our brand projects average about eight weeks following the Statement of Work contract signing and kickoff. We offer retainer services per a monthly basis and à la carte services, as well.

Yes. Each project requires an initial deposit, and the remaining balance is separated into installments formatted to fit your feasibility.

For the 'Focus' phase, think: mission and values, positioning, voice and tone, target audience, etc. For the 'Brand' phase, think: key messaging, visual identity, marketing channels, creative concepts, etc. + website, if applicable. You and your team will be given a brand guide encapsulating said items. The 'Activate' phase entails the launch of your new brand - at which point, it's all yours. However, we're still there if you need us further - for ongoing brand management, consulting, or à la carte services.

Visually appealing, customizable, and user-friendly all rank high on our list. That said, we specialize in Wix and ensure mobile site compatibility. For those wanting to manage the backend themselves, we provide post-project training sessions. If you have an existing site on another platform (ie. Wordpress, Squarespace, etc.), we are happy to help with domain transfer.
